Eagle Pines houses 412 students in four-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment-style units designed for those enrolled in the University College program. This residential community supports student success by fostering academic achievement, encouraging engagement, and prioritizing safety within a connected living environment. Residents have access to a variety of engagement spaces throughout the halls, as well as the Shot Strange Clubhouse located between the two buildings. With its convenient location near the heart of the University College campus, Eagle Pines offers both easy access to campus resources and a strong sense of community for its residents.

Pricing

*Rates are per person/per semester. An additional $20 Activity Fee is charged every semester. All rates are pending until approved by the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia.

Students are required to respond to email or paper correspondence from the Georgia Southern University Office of Student Accounts, Financial Aid Office and/or Registrar’s Office regarding outstanding requirements for processing financial aid packages for payment on their account.
